I purchased a LivingBanner for my friend. What do I do next?

When you finish your purchase, you will receive a link to share with friends and family. As soon as possible, e-mail the link to others (or post it to Twitter or Facebook), along with a note encouraging them to leave messages on the web page. If you get the word out soon enough, there will be messages to read when the banner arrives at its destination.



I bought a LivingBanners product. When will it arrive?

The sooner a LivingBanners product reaches the Recipient, the better. We try to ship every order within 24 to 48 hours after payment is confirmed.


How do I track my shipment?

Once a LivingBanner has shipped, we will send a tracking number to the e-mail address we have on file for the Sender.

Any Flair purchased separately from the LivingBanner will be mailed using the US Postal Service.

 


I forgot my username and password. What do I do?

Click “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?” at the top of the menu bar. Enter in your email address and further instructions will be emailed to you.


I’m receiving emails for every update to my friend’s livingbanner. How do I turn that off?

You can turned off the auto-notification by following these steps:                                             Go to your friend's message board. Turn off the message board auto-notifications by clicking on “You're are watching this message board, click to stop!” This link is under the green “Add your message” button. Have a change of heart - You can always turn the auto-notification back on. 


Can I purchase Flair without associating it to a LivingBanner?

At this time you can only purchase Flair associated with a new LivingBanner purchase or one that already exists.
